Quilting

So, so many years ago, I made a lap quilt out of the same fabrics that I used to make our Christmas tree skirt and matching pillow cases.  

Now I am finally attempting to bind it.

I am using a simple matching bias tape as binding.  

I'm not at all certain about what I'm doing. 

But as I stitch, I'm sure of one thing: 

I'll be better at whatever it is I am doing by the time I finish.
