Norah lost her first tooth last week. She was biting into an apple and it came right out. She said it didn't hurt one bit, so from now on I think I may just hand her an apple every time she needs to lose a tooth.
I bought this little chest for her tooth a few weeks ago. It's got a little pillow inside that you lay the lost tooth on.
Norah placed it under her pillow before bed and when she woke up, she discovered that the tooth fairy took it and replaced it with a new jigsaw puzzle. The tooth fairy has collected (and kept hidden in her master bedroom) several little gifts like this to give Norah for all the other teeth in her mouth, too.
